To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

HAPPY BUYERS
I liked so much I got the 2nd one :). I have two dogs, one (the black on the pictures) is 11lb and the other one is 4lb yorkie. I thought this leash will be too big or heavy for my 11lb as it says for large dogs. But it works. She is fine with it and it looks nice! I tried on my yorkie and unfortunately that pair won’t match lol but I ordered 2nd leash, slim type from them and it works great :). They are beautifully made, cruelty free vegan “leather”. Check out the close up pic, you can’t tell the difference. Also metal finishes are like gold/rose gold thing. Very pretty. I hope that helps!
