RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help. Please read through our return policy below.

RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGES To initiate an exchange, please email us at shop@ninawoof.com within thirty (30) days of the day you receive your order, please include in the email your order number and reason for the exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

RETURN PROCESS To initiate a return, please email us at shop@ninawoof.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

CLOTHING Please note that all clothing items are print-on-demand and made specifically for you when you order. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for clothing items unless they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged clothing item, please contact us at shop@ninawoof.com within seven (7) days of receiving the item to arrange a refund or exchange.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS Please note that we are unable to accept modifications or cancellations on our print-on-demand clothing products once an order has been placed. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately at shop@ninawoof.com and we will do our best to assist you.

EXCEPTIONS The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
