How to measure your dog:

Make sure to measure your pet before making your purchase.
How to measure: With a soft measuring tape, measure their upper neck at the widest point, making sure to leave space for two fingers to fit between the collar and the neck. If your dog is between sizes, go up a size. *Please note: New collars are slightly different in size to our first collection.*

XS: 9" to 12" (23cm to 30.5cm), width: 0.7" (1.8cm)
S: 12" to 15" (30.5cm to 38cm), width: 0.7" (1.8cm)
M: 15" to 19" (38cm to 48.2cm), width: 1" (2.5cm)
L: 19" to 23" (48.2cm to 58.4cm), width: 1" (2.5cm)

To clean, wipe down with a mildly wet cloth with mild soap and warm water. Wipe dry with a towel or let air dry.

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
