Product Warranty Agreement

This Product Warranty Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Nina Woof (the "Company") and the purchaser of the Nina Woof's collars, leashes, carriers, and waste bag holders. (the "Product").

Registration Requirement:

To qualify for the warranty, the purchaser must register their Product at the Company's website (www.ninawoof.com). The purchaser must provide their name, contact information, and order number when registering the Product. The Company reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage if the Product is not registered within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

The Company warrants that the Product, when delivered to the purchaser, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will conform to the specifications set forth in the Company's literature and product descriptions. This warranty shall commence on the date of purchase and shall continue for a period of one (1) year (the "Warranty Period").

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty shall not apply to: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper care; (c) damage caused by pets, such as chewing; (d) damage caused by excessive pull force or weight on the product; and (e) products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than the Company.

Claims Process:

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact the Company via email at sales@ninawoof.com. The purchaser must provide the Company with their name, contact information, a description of the defect, the order number, and the location where the product was purchased. The purchaser must send the product to the Company's repair facility for evaluation at their own cost. The Company will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to the purchaser. The Company will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis and will provide instructions on how to proceed with the repair or replacement process.

Warranty Disclaimer:

THE WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability:

THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless in writing and signed by the Company.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in Delaware.

By purchasing the Product, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
